In Stacy’s position, she has a full, 360-degree view of the company, an important perspective to have when discussing with investors the company’s business strategy, past performance and outlook, or upon merger and acquisition transactions.

During her tenure with Cedar Fair, Stacy has served under multiple CEOs and has played pivotal roles in growing the company from an enterprise value of $1.5 billion to approximately $5 billion today. This includes being a pivotal member on the team leading the Paramount Parks acquisition, a transaction in 2006 that doubled the number of amusement parks under the Cedar Fair flag from six to 12 parks.

Stacy joined Cedar Fair in 2003 as manager of financial reporting where she led the first year implementation of Sarbanes Oxley. In 2005 she added investor relations to her responsibilities and was promoted to her current role in 2012. Prior to Cedar Fair, she worked as an analyst with American Electric Power (AEP) in Columbus, Ohio, and an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cleveland.

Stacy earned her B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Miami University. Most recently she was recognized by Institutional Investor as a Best IR Professional on the 2019 All-America Executive Team, Consumer: Leisure category. In 2018, Stacy was recognized among the “Wonder Women of the Attractions Industry” by Funworld Magazine, celebrating the impact of the top female leaders in the industry. She is a member of National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and NIRI’s Senior Roundtable. Stacy also serves as a director for Achievement Centers for Children, a Cleveland-based, non-profit organization whose mission is to empower children and adults with disabilities.

While earning her bachelor’s degree at Miami University, Stacy was a member of the waterski team competing in Slalom and Trick. Today, along with her husband and two sons, she continues to enjoy jumping wakes from behind her boat in the waters of Lake Erie.
